Every product and service sold by Irene's Webworks is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with what you received, contact us and we will work with you — through revisions, replacements, or a full refund — until the situation is resolved fairly.

We are a small business built on trust and word-of-mouth. Your satisfaction matters more to us than protecting any single transaction.

Our portfolio website business has required significant time and craft to develop and market. Our refund terms are tied to where we are in the process when you reach out.

🎁 Gift Codes & Gift Purchases

Gift codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a gift code is purchased and never redeemed, a refund is available within 90 days of purchase.

Once a gift code has been redeemed and work has begun, the standard portfolio website refund terms above apply to the recipient's project.

💬 Bought a gift for someone who ended up not needing it? Email us — we'll work something out. We're reasonable people.

Small business projects are scoped individually. Refund eligibility depends on the project agreement, but our general approach is the same:

📬 How to Request a Refund

We keep this simple on purpose. No forms, no ticket queues, no automated responses. Just email Irene directly:

  1. Email irene@irenes-ventures.com with your name, the product or service you purchased, and a brief description of the issue.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days — usually much sooner.
  3. We'll discuss the situation and agree on the right resolution: revision, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
💡 The more detail you share about what didn't meet your expectations, the faster we can find a resolution. Screenshots, examples, and specific feedback are all welcome.

In the interest of transparency, here are situations where refunds do not apply:

We don't write refund policies to protect ourselves from customers. We write them so you know what to expect — and so we can hold ourselves to a clear standard. If you feel a situation isn't covered fairly by these terms, tell us. We will listen.
